Volunteers required for the PDS Athletics Day on Thursday November 2nd 9-2.30pm Glover Park

PDS Athletics Day
Year 1 to 8 students
Glover Park, St Heliers

Thursday 2nd November (Rain day Monday 6th November)

We require 15 volunteers for each syndicate level for our athletics day. Your role on the day will be either; lane timers or place givers, setting up and packing away of athletics equipment and helpers for each field event or tabloid event.

If you or a member of your family over 18 years old is available please contact Valerie Marra valeriem@parnell.school.nz or your classroom teacher with your email details.

Also we require the following equipment, if you have any of these items please email me or inform your classroom teacher;
gazebo
nerf vortex (throwing  device)
tapaulin
