PDS Whole school Athletics Timetable

P.D.S. Athletics 2017 – Programme of Events

Thursday 2^nd November – 9.30am-2.30pm

Glover Park, St Heliers

House Colours, Sports Shoes and Hats are compulsory

Expected order for day

8.50am          Mark class registers, meet outside admin block on netball courts, Suzanne Parkinson/Linda Edwards to address Year 5-8 on participation, expectations and behaviour- PLAYGROUND IS OUT OF BOUNDS

9.10am          Depart from school (Yr 5-8) on Metro Buses x5 (2-3 per seat- Adults standing up)

9.25am          All year groups assemble outside clubrooms in class groups, leave bags and go to your first event.

9.30am          First events to begin

9.35am          Mark class registers, meet outside admin block on netball courts, Enchante Chang/Khamin Bhana to address Year 3-4’s on participation, expectations and behaviour- PLAYGROUND IS OUT OF BOUNDS

10.00am        Depart from school (Yr 3-4) on Metro Buses x4 (2-3 per seat- Adults standing up)

10.10am        Mark class registers, bathroom visits, meet outside admin block on netball courts, Jill Bonniface/Emma Williams to address Year 1-2’s on participation, expectations and having lots of fun!!- PLAYGROUND IS OUT OF BOUNDS

10.30am        Depart from school (Yr 1-2) on Metro Buses x5 (3 per seat- Adults standing up)

12.30-1pm    LUNCH BREAK – stay off the Athletics Fields

1.00pm          Year 1-2 depart on buses for PDS

1.45pm ish    Year 3-4 depart on buses for PDS

2.15pm          Last event completed, pack up and clean up

2.30pm ish    Year 5-8 depart from venue to PDS
