Padder Tennis Tournament registration open NOW for Year 4-8 students

Starting this Friday 27th November I will be running a Padder Tennis Tournament at school for the Year 4-year 8 students.  The tournament is very social and the focus is on giving it a "go".  I am only offering "singles" tournament as we have Week8-10 to complete it.

Once the entries are collected I will randomly and fairly organise the Draw and each student will play  "Sudden Victory" games.

1.    The court boundaries are the side and base lines(white) of the net. As in tennis, lines are in.
2.    Serves must be hit underhand, with or without a bounce, from below the waist, with both feet behind the white line and land anywhere on the other side of the net inside the court.
3.    Once the ball is in play, it can be hit anywhere in bounds, either after one bounce or in the air on the full.
4.    The server gets only one chance to make a good serve.  If the ball is out on the serve the other person gains the serve but NOT the point.
5.    You win a point on your serve.

6.    Follow the points rule above.
